How are crystals beneficial ?
Crystals are from the earth & of the earth & each carry their own unique vibrational energy.We are also vibrational creatures that respond to crystal energy & the natural frequency of the earth’s energy.Crystals can be very empowering, by energetically assisting us to activate our own innate healing ability to restore ourselves to our natural vibrational state of harmony. Crystal energies can also be amplified & programmed by our own intent. When your jewellery is created for you, it is energetically programmed with the intention to promote harmony, balance & wellbeing in your life. However, when you receive your crystal jewellery, you can also program it with a more specific intent if you wish to do so. As you wear it each day, repeat your affirmation or intent to amplify the positive energy.
How do I clear & recharge crystal energies?
Our daily lives can be a constant bombardment of challenging energies & situations & this can throw us out of balance & create stress. Just as we can become depleted while dealing with these energetic challenges, so do our crystals in their efforts to support us & restore us to our state of energetic harmony. There are many ways to clear negative energies & recharge crystals, but the easiest way is to sit them in the moonlight overnight, for some clearing & recharging…a bit of crystal R&R. A full moon is the perfect time to cleanse & recharge your crystals or sit them on clear quartz to cleanse them. Occasionally when you are in a challenging situation or you're experiencing an intense energy crisis, your crystals can become energetically overloaded & break.

Is it possible to get custom design or size variations?
Absolutely! Each of us is unique & your jewellery is handmade specifically for you. If you’d like a specific charm or colour variation-just ask ! The bracelets are made to fit an average wrist size-the stretch bracelets are 17cm & clasp bracelets are 20cm. If you’d like a custom sized bracelet-just include your wrist size. Easy Tip:-wrap string comfortably around your wrist, then lay it out on a ruler to get your wrist size. What materials do you use?
We only use the best possible components that are eco, animal & vegan friendly, including:-
Genuine crystals & gemstones from reputable, certified suppliers.
Cotton waxed cord which looks like leather, but is softer, eco-friendly, hardwearing & ok in water.
Microfiber suede is soft & comfortable & much better energetically than wearing factory farmed animal skin.
Pewter charms & components-a tin based metal alloy with an earthy antique silver colour.
What is pewter?
Pewter is a very earthy metal that has the look of antique silver. It is predominantly tin, with a small amount of other metals added for shine & hardness. It is a relatively low maintenance metal that, like silver can tarnish when exposed to air & moisture. Pewter charms can be polished with a soft cloth to restore shine…treat gently, as, like silver,
it’s quite a soft metal.
Metaphysically, it is very grounding & said to relieve headaches-if placed on the head & to help with certain lung ailments, if placed directly on the chest.
How do I care for my jewellery?
It is best to remove jewellery before sleeping, exercising, showering or swimming. In humid conditions, it is best to store jewellery in airtight bags. Remove stretch bracelets gently, by rolling off your hand. If you treat your jewellery with care & respect, you will be able to enjoy wearing it for a long time to come.
What If my jewellery needs restringing?
If you have any issue with your jewellery that you are not completely happy with, please let us know. Sometimes crystal jewellery will break if you are in the midst of a very challenging situation....the crystals can become overloaded with negative energy...so we suggest that you cleanse & recharge your jewellery at regular intervals. If it breaks within the first 30 days, we will restring it & send it back to you free of charge. After this time we will still repair & recharge your jewellery, for a small fee to cover postage etc, even if it’s just looking a little worn & you’d like to update the cord or faux suede. We want you to love wearing your high energy “feel good” jewellery for a long time.
How will you send it to me ?
We use Australia post with online tracking for both Australian & International orders. We charge a flat postage rate of $15 for Australia –with free postage for orders of $150 or more. International orders are a flat rate of $25. We know that you’re keen to receive your jewellery, so it’s usually posted in 2-5 business days after your order is placed. If it's urgent or you'd like it sent express post, please let us know. Gemstone energy cards & affirmation cards are included with your jewellery, which is gift wrapped.
Can I return my jewellery?
We want you to absolutely “love” your jewellery & offer a 14 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee.
Your jewellery purchase can be returned within 14 days, if unworn & in original condition for a refund or store credit. Postage costs are non- refundable. Just email & let us know that you’d like to return it. Custom design pieces are not able to be returned, unless there is some kind of fault with the item.
Is it safe to shop on your site ?
We have a secure payment facility through Paypal or Credit Card options.
In order to shop with us, it’s not necessary to have a Paypal account.
If you’d prefer to pay by credit card, we also have an eftpos facility & can accept visa or mastercard payments by phone. We operate with the highest integrity & your personal details are secure & will never be shared with other parties.
