REFUND POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that our products do not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, providing the item is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not refund freight charges, or pay the additional freight costs of having new goods sent to you. Should an item be accidently damaged or need re-stringing, please let us know & we'll work out the best possible solution for you...we want you to be happy & to enjoy both wearing your jewellery & your relationship with us. If you consider an item to be faulty, please let us know also.
